The building is rendered brick with some metal cladding at the upper levels of the workshop and a metal deck roof. It has a facility for a self supporting gantry crane and three phase power is connected.
The office on the ground floor has been fitted out to a modern standard with a mezzanine floor above which extends into the workshop to create a good work area.
The 1st floor may be converted into additional offices is so required.
The amenities incorporate a lunch room,kitchen,male and female toilets and shower.
The workshop may be accessed from either side through two large sliding doors with the eastern side using a shared driveway which also accesses the open rear storage area.
